Membership Options
Co-op Associate Member
Co-op Associate Member is available to any entity that is organized as a cooperative that is not an electric cooperative eligible for full membership in CREA. Co-op Associate Membership is granted on an annual basis, spanning from January through December.
- $2,500 Small organizations (<50 employees) and out-of-state distribution co-ops
- $5,000 Large organizations (>50 employees)
Non-cooperative Associate Member
A Non-cooperative Associate Member is a non-cooperative firm, corporation, company, or division — such as a manufacturer, supplier, or educational institution — that is engaged in or supports the power industry and aligns with the mission and goals of Colorado’s electric cooperatives. Membership is offered on an annual basis, spanning from January through December.
- $5,000 Small organizations (<50 employees)
- $10,000 Large organizations (>50 employees) and non-co-op wholesale power suppliers
