CREA is happy to introduce Peak Solutions, a provider of learning and development solutions and consulting services for leaders and teams who desire to improve employee engagement and increase the overall effectiveness of the organization.

The course will focus on phases such as: practices of Empowering Leaders; The Five Leadership Roles; Empowering Others for Success; Fundamentals of High Performance Teams; Effective Meetings; Team Member Roles and Responsibilities; Face-to-Face Communication; Giving and Receiving Feedback; Interpersonal Dialogue; Harnessing Harmful Behavior; Group Dynamics; Team Decision Making & Problem Solving; Conflict Resolution; Personal Productivity; Characteristics of High Performance; The Integrity Model; and Additional Topics.

The program format:

  1. 3 Sessions, each 3 days in length
  2. Limited to 20 participants
  3. Project work in-between sessions
  4.  Latest in adult learning model (spaced learning, cohort coaching, project based, practical application)
  5.  Proven curriculum and resources that lead to change
  6.  Individual attention and customized development of program
  7.  Reading and assessment homework assigned prior to each session

Courses run August 14-16, at the Colorado Rural Electric Association offices in Denver, October 9-11 at the Holy Cross Energy offices in Glenwood Springs, and December 4-6 at the Poudre Valley REA offices in Fort Collins.  Registration includes reservations for all nine classes.

Special Note:  Days 2 & 3 of each three-day session have different start and end times: Days 2 & 3 start at 8:30 and end at 4:30pm.

This course is designed for existing managers and leaders (frontline, middle managers and new senior leaders.)

The fee includes all 9 days of class time, all course materials and lunches.   A minimum of 10 students must be registered in order for class to be held. Registrations are due by July 20, 2018.

Fees:

$5,600 per person 10-11 students in the class                                    $4,725 per person 12-13 students in the class                                    $4,100 per person 14-15 students in the class                                      $3,640 per person 16-17 students in the class                                    $3,275 per person 18-20 students in the class

Cancellations received on or before the registration deadline will receive full refunds.  Cancellations received after the deadline may be billed 25 percent of the registration fee.
