We explore ways to build leadership skills and the cooperative legacy. This is a full day program recommended for all employees and directors who have participated in Service Excellence Part 2.

Service Excellence Part 3 focuses on: executing change, service scenarios, changing industry, influences and current issues affecting electric co-ops. The course covers:

o   conflict resolution skills

o   role play

o   discussing leadership characteristics

o   demonstrating leadership behaviors

*Participation in Service Excellence Part 1: Committing to the Cooperative Advantage & Part 2: The Power of Human Connections is essential in this continued learning environment and we recommend that participants experience the first program prior to participation in this one.
