The program is ideal for building on employees’ existing skills and taking them to the next step in service. It will improve their understanding of the Touchstone Energy tools and the impression we make with our own behavioral styles and interactions. We focus on communication skills and member advocacy both inside and outside the cooperative. This is a full day program for all employees and directors. Service Excellence Part 1 features customer service skills for both internal and external customers, communication skills and the changing member perspective.
Service Excellence Part 1 focuses on:
o constructive language
o problem solving skills
o improving member and team relationships
Part 2 will be taught on April 25, 2017 at United Power
