Legal and Legislative Affairs
The Colorado Rural Electric Association is dedicated to representing Colorado’s electric cooperatives by providing a full suite of government affairs services, including engaging on legal and legislative matters. Whether at the General Assembly, Colorado Public Utilities Commission, or other state regulators, CREA works closely with its members to ensure that the voices of our membership are heard. Furthermore, CREA staff works with our member’s power suppliers and the national rural electric association to implement a complete government relations agenda.
